They started off by saying they have decided that they haven't enough time to organise it, then there is an "assumed" section which apparently means that there is a problem trying to find a company which would be responsible for insurance, for riders and spectators.

A good idea but have they really looked into how much organisation it will take..

I'd love to see it but can see the many problems ahead.
