Wow, not only the RED ARROWS but the BBMF with the Lanc, Spit and Hurricane !!

What a great coup to get them for the 2007 TT..

Well done whoever you are, I can already see the Lanc beating up Douglas Bay at low level...WOW !!!

Excellent..

surprise
No I won't tell you the date, I just want to see the Lanc come over the bay from the Ferries end, low over the water then aim for Onchan and then peel off out to sea.

No, I'll announce the date at the weekend...watch this space

Yeah, that'll be something to see & hear alright !

I love the sound of the Merlin engine, pretty much unique ! Big Grin

They had the Lanc & Spit at the Northwest a few years back & it looked like the guys flying them were really enjoying themselves as were the crowd !

I had a super almost private moment at Highbury stadium a few years back.
I was sat in my car waiting to go in and guessed that a flypass would come near.
Not sure what the occassion was.....jubilee.....back from war....
But it was a biggy.
I got out of the car and there was a long parade of aircraft passing.
Then put of the squadron, a lone Spitfire flew low over Highbury.
As it did so, it did a victory roll!
The guy must have been a Gooner.........wonderful
