The second story reminds me of the end of 'The Italian Job' for some reason.

A sigh of relief I'd say. I'd expected something a whole lot worse. I think John W's article probably reflects how alot of folk are feeling as this year draws to a close. On reflection it's been a tough one. But, let's not get too down we should look forward to next year, warm sunny days, lap records galore and TT100 + 1. I can't wait. alf

I note by their comments that there are a couple of residents who obviously won't be offering homestay next year !!!

I have posted my few choice words on the website in response to John's article.There are some poor,miserable human beings around. Incidentally, with reference to the second link about the coach crash, the same company's coach was today involved in a shunt near the airport whilst carrying students to school.Allegedly it hit a stationary truck! :wink:

Oh, dear, I hope they do better with our early morning practice bus!
