Daytona
Yes I know it's carpark racing but I've been watching live timing from Daytona and it seems to wotk jolly well.

Alistar Seeley is 12th fastest in the supersports 600
And Rob Frost was 17th in the same class he seem to have some sort of problem early on in the session cos he was stopped for 20 minutes.

Anyway the superbikes are out now and you can "watch" live at

Alistar Seeley is 8th fastest in the Formula extreme riding a 600 I think

And Jeremy McWilliams is 11th in the same class on a Buell

I think I'm right in saying the Formula Extreme is the main Daytona 200 race this year ??

You are correct Cargo. The rules changed last year so Formula Extreme took over from the Superbikes. To my way of looking at it,the Daytona 200 race is not the same now they have done this.

Ive just returned from Daytona Again and the weather all week was brilliant and ive got to take my hat of to McWilliams he completed most of the race with no breaks, Alistair Sealeys bike was an ex works bike from last year and was as quick as any new bikes well done to the lad at his first attempt at the oval.
The Daytona 200 race is now and has been for the last two years, fomular extreme 600s and its a fantastic race and goes to show the yanks got it right by reducing the size of the bikes. 68 laps on the big bikes is hard work and resulted in a few bad accidents, since the change to 6oos its a lot better and to back this up I got this first hand from quite a few of the riders and most said its one of the worst races they have to do but have to do it for the sponsors.
