I think this may just draw a few more people here just for race week. They can get Moto GP in and come to the TT and only miss two races. Basically still see all the bikes that were racing on the Sarurday during the rest of the week anyway. I also think that Don has a fair point that the cost of entrance to Daytona is comparable to the cost of getting to the Isle of Man, and that doesn't include the cost of getting there in the first place, or hire of a car or bike for the time there. I think if you add these in then the TT is a far better option than some, as people have said somewhere else 'Doctors, dentists and weekend riders rolling around on the Gold Wings thinking they are real bikers. Then back to the suits on Monday'. I think that Daytona is more of a prace about than a real racing event.

But I guess George loves it as he keeps bringing it up. But good on him for showing them the DVD's but next time tell them how much ot cost you to get there, get in, get out and stay. Then they may just have a better idea. Or are they like so many that just can not be bothered to go anywhere as America has everything.
