My God, I've only just seen this. Really sorry to hear about this Ade, you don't have much luck do you? Just glad you are relatively OK even if the house isn't. The only bit of slightly good news seems to be that you are now living in a pub - I hope all the drinks are on the house (or at least on the insurers) throughout your stay!
