Well then don't use doublespeak words like quarantine when there isn't a definite defined quarantine scenario ... I was due to travel back home IoM on Thursday for 5 days but my older family member has got really scared about getting fined ... quarantine by definition(look up rabies) is a locked in 24/7 logistic situation not a wishy-washy made up to look clever blah blah situation.
