Bonhams have let me know that Helmut Faths Double World Championship Winning URS Sidecar Outfit Made £102,700 at the Stafford show on Oct 17th !!!

Helmut won his Championship in 1968....

Also Driven by Horst Owesle in 1971 to a second World Championship, the estimate placed on this rare machine prior to sale was between £70,000 and £80,000 !

A 1929 Brough Superior Overhead 680 sold for £93,000

Who says there is a recession.
