Those were definitely genuine, they were on the Ten Kate stand. It was their first Supersport championship win so they didn't have quite the cachet that they gained after winning the following 6 years as well. I remember thinking the Foret bike looked like good value, even 13 years ago; now it looks like a bargain. Hindsight is a wonderful thing I think the moral of the story is if you want it, and you can afford it, then buy it
