Many of my concerns have already been mentioned. Having not been over for a couple of years, I'm guessing numbers have increased already.
However issues such as Steam Packet not being able to hire the extra ferry this year would scupper Vision 9's visitor numbers plan.
Apologies if this has changed but I've not seen anything to the contrary.
