Tyco Suzuki's Josh Brookes set the pace in this morning's warm up session despite a crash in the final minute at Snetterton as fans continue to pack into the Norfolk circuit ready for today's two races.

The positions at the top changed constantly throughout the session with Brookes taking the early advantage before Shane 'Shakey' Byrne and then pole-sitter Alex Lowes had a spell at the top. Brookes continued to up the pace and he fired the Tyco Suzuki to the top of the times for the first time this weekend. It wasn't without incident though as the Australian crashed out in the final minute unhurt.

Lowes was second fastest after becoming the first rider to dip inside the 1m:48s lap times this morning ahead of Byrne in third and an improving James Westmoreland in fourth for Buildbase BMW. Chris Walker was moving up the order in the closing stages to push the Quattro Plant Bournemouth Kawasaki to fifth ahead of PJ Jacobsen who dropped to sixth in the final minutes. Ryuichi Kiyonari and Jon Kirkham completed the top ten.
