TOP SIDECAR CREWS SET TO DO BATTLE AGAIN AT OLIVER’S MOUNT

Ian and Carl Bell will start their preparation for a return to the Isle of Man TT races this year when they come to the grid at the annual Ian Watson Spring Cup on 13th April; their main opposition will come from Conrad Harrison and Lee Patterson from Bradford and Tony Thirkell and Nigel Barlow from Thirsk.

The dark horses could be Greg Lambert and Kenny Cole from Catterick, Greg started the season off well with a clean sweep of wins at Teesside Autodrome which, hopefully, set the team up for a good season.

Making a welcome return after a year’s absence will be Dave Wallis and Steve Wareham.

There will be two races for the sidecar boys at this popular meeting. Practice starts at 9.30am with the first race at 12.30pm.

Advanced tickets are now sold out for this meeting, but there will be plenty for sale on the gate on the day at a price of £20 per adult with accompanied children under 15 and parking free.
