Former 125cc world championship and Moto3 rider Danny Webb is to make his debut at the Armoy road races in July.

Webb, who took part in his first road race at the Isle of Man TT earlier this month, will ride in the Supertwins class for the KMR Kawasaki team.

The 23-year-old from Kent has also raced in the World Supersport series and was 12th in the Lightweight TT.

Other confirmed entries for the races on 25 and 26 July include the Dunlop brothers William and Michael.

William, last year's Supersport victor, is still recovering from a fractured leg sustained in a crash during the Senior TT but hopes to be back in action in plenty of time for his 'home' race.

Michael is already a multiple winner at Armoy, in addition to the 11 TT successes he has now accumulated.

The 25-year-old took a double in the Open and feature Superbike races in 2013 and set a new lap record for the three-mile circuit at 106.81mph.

"Having both Michael and William Dunlop racing here is really a kind of homecoming, and I know many local fans and enthusiasts from further afield will be very excited at the prospect of watching the Dunlops race around their local roads," said clerk-of-the-course Bill Kennedy.

The Armoy races, which are now in their sixth year, have previously attracted other top international road racers such as Guy Martin and Conor Cummins.

Martin is likely to return as William Dunlop's team-mate in the Tyco Suzuki colours, but Cummins's participation or otherwise has yet to be confirmed.

Among the other riders set to take part are Wilson Craig Honda pilot Jamie Hamilton, Cheshire KMR Kawasaki runner Conor Behan and two more competitors familiar with the Armoy roads, Paul Robinson and Sam Dunlop.
