The first year North One covered the TT a crew a set up in the escape lane at Parliament Square.  The DSM immediately told them to move and rightly so.  They said they had permission to be there and a call to race control confirmed that they did.  Perhaps their special blue bibs afford them some kind of special protection that us white bib guys don't have...
