Fine and sunny this morning, but later on this afternoon it will cloud over with a few outbreaks of rain arriving around early evening.

Maximum temperature 17°C, with light winds for most of the time, before fresher southeasterlies develop later.

The rain will clear away early tonight leaving it dry for a time before another band of rain moves in later, which will be quite heavy for a time.

The fresh to strong south-easterly wind will turn south to south-westerly overnight with lowest temperature near to 12°C.

Tonight's (Tuesday 25th) qualifying session has been cancelled due to the forecast that advises that the rain around the Mountain Course is likely to get heavier with low cloud and mist on the Mountain section which will prohibit helicopters flying.
