In honour of the Fireblade’s 25th anniversary, Honda has unveiled the 2017 CBR1000RR Fireblade, in addition to the CB650FL, CBR650FL and the X-ADV adventure scooter, at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan.

Weighing in at only 195kg – the lightest in its class – and putting out an additional 10.7bhp, the 25th anniversary Honda Fireblade has the highest power-to-weight ratio in series history.

The bike boasts a wealth of features, including a comprehensive electronic control package, a gyroscopic ABS system, Honda Selectable Torque Control, Selectable Engine Brake and Power Selector. All of the parameters can also be precisely adjusted with the Riding Mode Select System.

The 25th anniversary Fireblade is one of three new Fireblades set for release in 2017. Completing the trio are the upgraded SP and SP2 versions – the lightest and most powerful production Fireblades ever.

Also included in the 2017 Honda motorcycle lineup are the X-ADV, CRF250L, CRF250 Rally, CB650F and CBR650F, as well as upgraded versions of the Vision, Forza 125 and SH125i.
