This morning and early afternoon will be dry with extensive low cloud which will slowly lift and break to allow some brighter spells to develop.
However cloud will thicken once more from mid-afternoon as rain moves in from the west later.
The south to southwest wind will be moderate to fresh, locally strong over the hills,
with temperatures reaching up to 20°C in any brighter spells across the north of the island.
