Sadly, yesterday at Knockhill, Ian McDonald from Guardbridge was involved in an accident and succumbed to his injuries. Another rider was also injured in the incident and my thoughts are with both families.

As a family we would also like to post to offer our sympathies to the family of Ian McDonald the racer who lost his life in the 400 production race at yesterdays Scottish Championship meeting at Knockhill. I would also like to extend sympathies to the other racer involved in the accident.My thoughts are also with the the medical team and officials who dealt with the tragedy. After two days of sunshine, a dark cloud decended over Knockhill on sunday afternoon.
