Well, what happened to these two machines ?

Apparently one did half a lap and the other one lap..

We were looking forward to seeing more of them than that !!

Steve Lindsell retired the Paton at the pits after one lap.

Pat Sefton on the Gilera had a minor fall at Windy Corner where I was marshalling, first time round.Fortunately, both Pat and the bike were fine and he rode it back to the start after the race. Apparently he'd had lots of electrical problems all week and had stopped twice during the race to swop the plugs over. He'd just got it running OK, when he ran into the gravel trap........
