RE: Practice times - Wednesday
I'm going to Bradden church tomorrow. It will be a long day. So proper seat and tea coffee and cake all day.
Like you say long day in the hedges. So I'm going for comfort tomorrow.

RE: Practice times - Friday
I think the roads will open at tea time and shut again, so chance to get some refreshments if you're locked in anywhere.

Do we think practice will go into Saturday?

Hopefully not H2pots. They may tag one lap practice on to race days . So everyone can get the 3 laps required to qualify each class of bike. I believe the outfits need to do a 100mph lap to qualify also

RE: Practice times - Friday
Just to confirm what i posted, roads open today at 4:30 and close again at 6 pm. Mountain stays shut.

If you have whatsapp, get on the isle of man TT public channel. It's brilliant for prompt updates, you find out announcements immediately.

Just had an update, st georges car park closed, land must have turned to mush with the rain

RE: Friday Practice
One good thing, for us anyway, we'd have missed the afternoon practice with the boat delay,
but at least we'll see something now!

Outfit time is 117% of the 3rd fastest during qualifying

I was talking to Rob one of Bruce Moor crew at Hillbury. He said they needed to do a 100mph to qualify. Not sure if this was just his estimate of the 117% or maybe he ment that is what Bruce would be happy with.
Lewis blackstock on a 113 in 3rd at the moment. So would that be a 95 mph lap to qualify as it stands ??

RE: Friday Practice
113 is approx 99mph but that will change this afternoon, was 94mph when I last did it (2007) and I just managed a 95mph
