Can anyone tell me why Cap failed to start? Thanks.

Nigel "Cap" had an off earlier in the week, suffering a leg break.

Cap is now back in Wales; he is a bit peeved as he was hoping to have a good TT as we had fairly decent bikes for him this year. He was on the Superstock bike and on a 123mph lap at the time.
He will be back......
