You can also try this one, but only if your neighbours won't mind...or the missus!! cos they're not all like Helen and Hilary. http://www.vintagebike.co.uk then click on sounds there are loads of 'em from the Guzzi V8 of Dickie Dale to a Ducati 996; 50cc Honda (count the down shifts if you can) to Helmut Fath's URS. Happy listening !! Oh! and some two strokes as well.

Well, now, if we are bikes, who is the screaming two-stroke, and what bikes might we be?
Larry is obviously a Beemer...couldn't be anything else, but what about Cargo, Charlie H, or even our esteemed Malcolm...I think he's a Hailwood Rep Duc myself.

There's modern stuff on there as well but if your making me a bike .....Any Desmo twin for me but please make it a quick one !! 851 or better.

Cowardice persuades me NOT to make any comment about screaming two strokes. But if Larry is a Beemer we'll make it a Rennsport with a chair for Helen.

pity there's no panther m120 on there, as everybody who knows me will tell you i'm a "long stroke" Big Grin
jeezus, why's me nose just grown another three inches?

great site, but wouldn't mind a few more modern ones, such as andy mc gladdery's 750 suzuki growler, boy did that sound amazing at dundrod.

The best sounding race bike ever built is there in spades, three or four different clips. The mighty Honda six. Nothing has sounded better than that before, on since.

Ade, you stick to yer Panthers! What about that glorious sound of Sam McClements 998 GS Suzi or in later years the drone of RC30's? Suppose it's different for everyone, but for me I always liked the 'buzz' of a load of strokers slipping clutches away from the line!
That 'Trident' that Guy Martin rode last year at Killalane sounded 'sweet'
