Tel,I don't believe anyone was knocking Connor's ability, far from that.We all know that the TT course demands a great deal of respect, and sometimes youth and patience do not go together, and we were all just a wee bit concerned that it was going to be a steep learning curve for him.Often, being a local, tends to put even greater pressure on a rider to do well.He has been brilliant so far,and sounds a sensible lad.Well done to him and safe ride.

Obviously his talents have been wasted just sticking to short circuits. Good luck, keep it between the walls.

And here is our very first report on Conor, that we did in September 2001.

He was much younger and very much smaller then, but is growing into a young man with a hell of a lot of potential.

Good luck Conor, ride fast and stay safe.

Conor has approached the TT very sensibly and we are all very proud of him. Its nice to see people appreciating his talent. He is really enjoying the whole experience and is under no pressure from anybody and is just out there to enjoy himself.

Cheers,
Billy

Bit of a bummer today, would of been nice to get a finish in his first TT but hey the boys first lap was a credit to him 19.07.

Wish him all the best for monday.

Hey Billy we need a bigger tank.

Just a mention of another excellent result by a newcomer,American Mark Miller, who was only a few places behind Connor, and on a 750 too.Great rides from both of you.

Fabulous, Conor is one of the most mature youngsters of his era to be
seen, especially the way he has approached the TT course.
He was smooth all the way and built up his speed gradually.
Sure a future TT winner in the making, lets hope he gets the best team behind him in the future!
WELL DONE CONNOR, SEE YOU SOON ON TWO LEGS, I STILL FANCY
MY CHANCE! Lol

Great results from Conor in the TT and followed up by a superb ride to third place at Billown and a lap of over 105 mph, I have always had faith in Conor and the guys proved me right, well done that man.
