John Mcguiness honoured by his home town
Hi Chris
You have covered this story a couple of times from our paper after we launched a campaign to get McGuinness honoured.
The good news is that Lancaster City Council have agreed - and he will be honoured at a full council meeting followed by a civic reception in February.

That is excellent news, and thoroughly deserved.
Not only is John a very talented motorcycle rider, but he is
a really nice bloke, to boot.
When you meet him and see him with his family, he is a real
credit to the city.
Bets thing to come out of there since the Heysham ferry to the
Island!

Well done John
