Get in there and contact him... then he can rspond.. no chance of change unless we all tell him what the problems are.
I was very disappointed myself recently (port-TT) when I enlisted the help of a IOMSPC person who said she would look into something for me, and call me back in a hour, and so far (3 weeks?) I have heard nowt.

Yes Helen, I havent yet had a response back from the customer service manager type lady.
But you are rght, lets tell the new boss what we feel.
