Minister apologises in Keys for TTXGP practice fiasco
A MINISTER has apologised in the House of Keys for the level of public consultation over a controversial TT road closures.

Plans to close the Isle of Man TT Mountain Course an hour earlier than normal to allow extra practice time for riders in the TTXGP, dubbed the Green TT, were subsequently abandoned in the wake of public outcry.

In the Keys, Tourism and Leisure Minister Martyn Quayle defended the decision which he said was the result of 'exceptional and unique circumstances'.
